We just completed our annual weekend Intensive, and this is an excellent time to continue our training, especially for those students who just took First Shot - congratulations! We look forward to seeing you in class on September 15th.

As with any contemplative tradition, regular practice is a main foundation of advancing on the path and going deeper

Classes take place every second Sunday from 6pm to 8pm.
Arrive at 5:30pm for set-up.

Guests are welcome to observe.
