Welcome to December!

As with any contemplative tradition, regular practice is a main foundation of advancing on the path and going deeper

Classes take place every second Sunday from 5pm to 7pm.
Arrive at 4:30pm for set-up.

Guests are welcome to observe. There is a First Shot Program coming up in January, so this is a great time to check out if this is something you’d like to pursue.
