This will be the last practice of the year. We sometimes get a little playful during this class

Because even though regular practice is a main foundation of advancing on the path and going deeper, nurturing family connections is also important. And rest nourishes future growth.

Classes take place every second Sunday from 5pm to 7pm.
Arrive at 4:30pm for set-up.

Even though this will be a slightly unusual practice day, guests are welcome to observe. There is a First Shot Program coming up in January, so this is a great time to check out if this is something you’d like to pursue.
